The plans for the three quarries shall distinguish two scenarios:

Scenario I: Rehabilitation after future complete exploitation of the quarries; thereby the Contractor shall only update the existing long term rehabilitation plans as per Annex A.1 of this contract (not required for Neszmely sand pit).

Scenario II: Rehabilitation based on present material reserve status, thus considering no further exploitation will be done (based on present condition described by topographical map)

All plans shall include full rehabilitation including but not limited to:

final surface slopes
-
proper long term surface water drainage system
-
access routes as necessary
-
proper waste-dump re-cultivation
-
proposed final surface conditions (vegetation, soil structure)
-
demolition and removal of all buildings, such as crushers, etc. in rehabilitation plan.
-
proper fauna and flora consideration based on surrounding conditions.
-
post-recultivation requirements (monitoring, etc.)
-
estimate for cost (+/- 10 %) and time for the actual execution as well as any postexecution requirements (e.g. monitoring, etc.). The estimate shall include a breakdown by activity and bill of quantity (BOQ)
